Unit 2: Khambhra, Taluka Ubauro, District Ghotki, Sindh.
Our main product produced at our plants is refined white sugar, along with three byproducts: molasses, bagasse, and mud.
Refined White Sugar
Refined Sugar is primarily marketed within the local market. Nevertheless, the Government occasionally permits sugar exports, subject to a review of the domestic supply-to-use indicators within the country.
Molasses
Typically, the Molasses yield from any given plant amounts to approximately 5% of the cane crushed. In the case of our plant, this translates to a considerable potential production of 142,000 Metric Tons of Molasses. This estimate is based on a conservative average cane processing throughput of 16,500 Tons over 140 days per season. The Molasses finds a market both locally and internationally, through distillery companies and exports.
Bagasse
The Bagasse that is saved during a season can reach substantial quantities, potentially reaching up to 183,000 Metric Tons (based on 40.13% SoC). It is sought after by the paper industry for its applications, and it also serves as a valuable fuel source.
Mud
Mud is a low-quality residue that serves multiple purposes. It finds application as fodder in dairy farms, and it is also in demand among local companies as a fuel source.
